P David Smith (PD)

Founder Member of Stone Little Theatre, Vice Chairman, Actor & Singer

David - or PD as he is better known within the company - made his debut in our very first production of 'Sinbad The Sailor in 1980 and has appeared in virtually every production since in roles as diverse as 'Lord Arthur Savile' and as an Ugly Sister in 'Cinderella'. In addition to his on-stage roles, David is the Vice-Chairman of Stone Little Theatre and outside productions, works feverishly in the background on the company's behalf in both fundraising and promotional activities. He is also assisting Stone Little Theatre Director, Chris Bell, in a second drama project for year 5 & 6 pupils at Walton Priory Middle School which culminates with three performances of Chris's own musical, 'Yesterday Once More' in July. Professionally, David runs a national charity from Stone.
